It is press-molded into a ring form of required dimensions.The resiliency and structure of expanded graphite molded packing will not be affected by any chemical attack.Consequently, it can be provide effective seal without any torque loss.

Expanded graphite molded packing are used in combination with back up ring (TR3600,TR3400,TR3200,TR3300,etc.)to prevent extrusion of expanded graphite molded packing. Selection of back up ring depends on service condition.

It can be used to seal hot water, high temperature and pressure steam, heat transfer fluid, hydrogen gas,ammonia, organic solvents, hydrocarbons, cryogenic liquids(LN, LHe,LNG,LPG,etc.),etc.
